Birthdays, Birthdays and more Birthdays!

From late February through mid-March this extended family sees no less than 5 birthdays. To top that we celebrate some single birthdays multiple times. Something shocking is going to come from my mouth: I think I might be getting tired of birthday cake! Not quite yet, but almost. In all seriousness, we had a great deal of fun celebrating lots of graceful aging. After 6 months of daily reminders from Stewart about her impending birthday the big day arrived, multiple times. Her YMCA-led “Wee Fit Princess (and Prince) Party” was a hit. Rumor has it she had her pre-school class singing her “Happy Birthday” over a week ahead of her birthday.
