Will’s 5th Birthday!!

Wow – a 5-year old! How did that happen? We had a nice birthday affair on the actual birthday with hamburgers, hot dogs and cake being the theme at Chez Sutton. Grammy, Poppy and family joined Will to celebrate his 5th birthday. The day before he got to be the “Leader” at school – a high privilege at Leroy Springs where one gets to bring and serve snack, have show and tell (“Boo” the stuffed dog will sleeps with was center stage), and hold the flag during the Pledge of Allegiance. On the following Saturday, following his first soccer game (pictures forthcoming) we headed for the Bowling Alley where Will and 10 of his buddies met for some highly entertaining bowling. High scorer was Grayson with an even 100. Will came in with a very respectable 73. Some threw in the towel after 6 frames or so for another entertaining bowling alley pastime – sliding on bellies across the wood floors. Fun times.
